Dear Church Representative and Children's Ministry Leaders,

I understand that some of you are accustomed to attending camp with your students.  However, our program is different, Ponderosa Bible Camp provides its own qualified chaperones and counselors.  Our program is designed for parents and church leaders to drop their kids off for a week of camp.  Due to the size of our facilities we are not able to provide housing or meals to church leaders or parents.  If you are bringing a group of kids from out of town and wish to stay nearby, we recommend that you rent a cabin in Mentone or find a hotel in Fort Payne.  If you decide to stay nearby, I invite you to come observe your campers any day between 2pm and 5pm.  I am confident that you will find your campers enjoying themselves in a safe, loving, Christian environment.

If you would rather attend camp with your campers I encourage you to check out our Group Rental Information.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

For Christ and the children,

Jeff Nelson, Director
