To create a digital signature follow these directions:
Step 1. Click on signature area of Camp Registration Form
Step 2. Select I want to sign this document using: "A new digital ID I want to create now".
Step 3. Where would you like to store your self-signed digital ID? Select: "New PKCS#12 digital ID file"
Step 4. Enter your identity information (to be stored on your computer) (Do not select the check box "enable unicode")
Step 5. Create a password for you to go along with your digital signature (store in default location given)
Step 6. Click "finish".
Step 7. Enter your new digital signature on Registration Form and click "submit form" at top of page.
Step 8. (If you are completing a Camp Registration Form)
Go back to the camp webpage and pay with PayPal or download credit card form and fax to our office.
Registration will not be reserved until payment is received.
