Ponderosa Bible Camp Group Rental Information and Rates
Camp Capacity: Total Camp Capacity is 130 people. (This includes all chaperones and campers.)
We do not rent to groups of less than 25 people. Summer months have a 50 person & 5 night minimum.

We cannot cook for groups of less than 35 people.
Ponderosa Bible Camp is a Smoke-Free environment.

Rental Options and Fees:

Option I: Camp Rental plus catered meals - $20 per person per day plus meals.

Cost of delicious meals provided by the PBC staff:

for groups of 35-50 people meals are $8 per person per meal.

for groups of 51-75 people meals are $7 per person per meal.

for group of 76 or more meals are $6 per person per meal.

Option 2: Camp Rental and you bring and cook your own meals - $20 per person per day, plus a kitchen rental fee (based on size of group).
*Group Leaders can bring their children under the age of 4 free with paying adult.

The food at Ponderosa has a great reputation! Rental groups consistently tell us "this is the best camp food our group has ever had!" If you choose to have our staff cook for your group you will not be disappointed! (However, we cannot cook for groups of less than 35.) |
