Camp Capacity and Availability:  Total Camp Capacity is 130 people.

  (This includes all chaperones and campers.)

All Weekend Rentals require a 2-Night Minimum Stay or pay equivalent.

 

Memorial Day Weekend through 1st Saturday in August  -  75 Person & 5-Day Minimum or Pay Equivalent, 50% Non-Refundable Payment Required 90 days prior to your arrival.

 

New Year's Eve Retreats - 50 Person Minimum or Pay Equivalent (Option 1 or 2 - your choice)

OPTION 1: Camp Provides All Meals -

Rate: $33 per day/per person ($15 per day/per person + $6 per meal/per person X 3 meals)

December thru March - 25 Person Minimum or Pay Equivalent.  (See New Year's Eve below).

  • $825 PER DAY Minimum Charge.

  • $10 % or $300 minimum Deposit required.

April thru November - 35 Person Minimum or Pay Equivalent.     

  • $1,155 PER DAY Minimum Charge.

  • 10% or $300 minimum Deposit required.

New Year's Eve Retreats - 50 Person Minimum or Pay Equivalent

  • $900 PER DAY Minimum Charge.

  • 10% or $300 minimum Deposit required.

 

Memorial Day Weekend through 1st Saturday in August - Peak Season! Option #2 is not available during these dates.

  • 75 Person & 5-Day Minimum or Pay Equivalent.  

  • $10,875 minimum charge.

  • 10% or $1,100 minimum Deposit Required

  • Additional 40% Payment of Balance is required 90 days prior to your arrival date.

Rate: $33 per day/per person ($15 per day/per person + $6 per meal/per person X 3 meals)

Weekend Groups who Check-In after 5pm are charged $15 per night + $6 per meal / per person.  2-Night Minimum.

         Plus $10 per day & $6 per meal for all day-time "visitors", "guest", "drop-ins".

Requirements: 7 days prior to your arrival, camp must know the exact number of people in your group.  Food will be purchased and you will be required to pay for this number of people even if you have cancellations.  You will NOT be able to add campers after 1 week prior to your arrival.  Food will be ordered for the number confirmed, no extras.

  • We currently serve "family style" where serving bowls are placed on each table and refilled by our servers.  However, please understand it is NOT an all you can eat buffet.  We will prepare enough food and drinks for approximately 1 1/2 servings per person, based on the number of people you bring.  Please remind your campers of this and ask them to be courteous to the others at their table.

  • If anyone in your group has special dietary needs please notify our staff at least 7 days prior to your arrival.

  • If you would like to have one meal designated as "special" or a "banquet" please notify our staff 7 days prior to your arrival.

OPTION 2: Group Provides and Prepares Own Meals and Cleans Kitchen.

2 Night MAXIMUM Stay -  (Weekends 2-Night Minimum Stay!)

If you plan to stay longer than 2 nights, you must chose Option 1 - Ponderosa Bible Camp will provide all your meals - See above for rates.  

 

(Friday after 5pm thru Sunday 4pm is considered 2 days - you may choose Opt. 2)

 

December thru March - 25 person minimum or pay equivalent - $375 per day minimum charge. See Rates below.

April thru November - 35 person minimum or pay equivalent - $490 per day minimum charge. See Rates below.

New Year's Eve Retreats - 50 person minimum or pay equivalent - $750 per day minimum charge. See Rates below.

 

Rate: $15 per person/per day:

  • Plus a one-time Kitchen Rental Fee of $5 per person for all campers and chaperones.

  • Plus $10 per person/per day for all day-time "visitors", "guests", "drop-ins.

  • Weekend Groups who check-in after 5pm on Friday are charged per night.  2-Night Minimum Required.

    ***Please bring your own food, paper products, condiments, spices, and coffee.

    ***Icemaker, dishes, glasses, and commercial dishwasher are available.

 

A 10% or $300 minimum Deposit is Required.  Deposit will be refunded if the camp is left clean and neat according to the requirements described in our Rental Package and Application Papers.  You may request a "Clean-Up Inspection" by a PBC Staff member before you leave, then you may have your deposit applied to your balance due.  If a PBC Staff member is unavailable to perform an inspection before you leave, your Deposit will be mailed to you, if the camp is left clean according to the guidelines.

 

Check-In - Any time after 1:00pm Central Standard Time on your scheduled arrival date.

Check-Out - No later than 11:00am Central Standard Time on your scheduled departure date.

**August 15 - May 15 Weekend Rental Groups - Check-Out Time can be as late as 4pm.

    Please note: You will be charged an EXTRA Full Day Rental per person if you arrive before 1pm CST or stay

     past 11am CST on your departure date, except as noted above.

 

Facilities Included:

    For Overnight Groups, we provide the following items as part of your rental package:

        Use of cabins, gym, & chapel.  Chapel comes with central heat & air,    

Sound System in the Chapel may be rented at a rate of $100 per group, or you may wish to bring your own Sound System. 

Swimming Pool and Swimming at the River are available ONLY if you bring a CERTIFIED LIFEGUARD with you.  (If you can not find one, please contact the office and we will help you find one you can hire for $10 per hour.)  Canoeing is available without a Lifeguard as long as all participants wear life jackets.  Canoeing includes 6 canoes, use of paddles and life vests.

       

Phone Usage/Service IS NOT AVAILABLE.  

Phone calls will only be allowed in the event of an emergency.

 

Cell Phones DO NOT GET A SIGNAL ON CAMP PROPERTY! -

You will need to drive/walk 1 mile up the road for service.

 

What to Bring:

    Sleeping bag or bedding, pillow and towels for each person (no linens provided), toiletries, jacket/sweatshirt (nights are cool even in summer).  If we are cooking for you, you may wish to bring between meal snacks and drinks (However, no refrigerator space will be available).  OR you can request to have our Snack Shack stocked, and open at designated times.

 

Additional Options Available Upon Request - You must request BEFORE your Arrival

  •     Snack Shack & Gift Shop - Prices as marked (BUT - Must Request Prior to Your Arrival or it will not be stocked)

  •     Hayride (minimum 20 people) $2.50 per person (Only Available October -March)

  •     Lifeguard - $10 per hour

  •     Sound System in Chapel - $100 per group

  •     Team Challenge Course - $100 per group plus $20/hour Instructor Fee.  (Suggested Group Size: 8-12 at a time).

  •     Keys - If you require keys to any of our buildings, you may check them out - there is a $5 fine for each lost key.
