Cost of Camp
$210 per week for Elementary through Middle School Weeks.
$300 per week for Teen Week which includes a White Water Rafting Trip and a Rappelling Trip.
If your camp fee is paid-in-full and postmarked by May 1st, or your online payment is received by midnight May 1st, you will receive a free "summer theme" t-shirt. (Postmark is on the outside of your envelope imprinted at your Post Office. The date on your check does not apply.)
Price includes a $50 non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot.
Need a payment plan? You may wish to make monthly or weekly payments prior to your arrival to spread out the cost of camp. To do so, please send your Registration Form and Deposit along with a note indicating that you would like to set up a payment plan. We will keep a record of each payment made and send you a receipt. Payments must be completed on/by your check-in day.
"Sibling Discount" - 3rd Child from same immediate family discount:
If you are sending 3 or more of your children to camp, a $25 discount is offered.
Your first 2 children pay full-price, each additional child receives $25 off.
Cancellations/Refunds
If it is necessary for you to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible so others can take your place. Your $50 Deposit is non-refundable. We will refund any amount you paid above the Deposit IF you contact us 24-hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Refunds are NOT given for campers who leave due to homesickness.

Check-In on Sunday
3:30-4:45pm each Sunday. (If you arrive early, please understand that the staff will be in a meeting an unavailable to assist you until 3:30pm. Feel free to walk around.)
Head Lice Policy: Please note: Each child will be inspected for Head Lice before they are allowed to check-in or go to their cabin.
We have a "ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY" regarding lice and nits. Camper must be 100% lice and nit free - dead or alive!
Please check before you come! If we find lice or nits (dead or alive) your child must go home immediately!

Check-Out on Friday begins with a 10am Chapel Service for the parents! Come join your camper!
Camp is over Friday morning! Parents and friends you are invited to join us for our final Chapel Service at 9:45am. A slide show of pictures from the week will be shown and awards will be given! You don't want to miss this! Campers are dismissed after this. No lunch served on Friday.

Please NO visits to the campers. This may cause homesickness for your camper and/or others who may be missing their family. Campers will not be allowed to accept phone calls unless there is an emergency which requires them to go home early.
Mailbox Club Lessons & Discounts
For those who are completing Mailbox Club Lessons for discounts, do not wait until you have completed your course to register! We will refund any discount you earn at time of check-in!

Deadline for completing your entire course is April 29th. If you are unable to complete your course by this date you will be required to pay full-price.

Spending Money
Campers will need spending money for snacks, souvenirs, and extra crafts. The Snack Shack is open 3 times a day. Most drinks are $1 and most snacks are $.75.
Our NEWLY EXPANDED Gift Shop is located underneath the Chapel with MANY things to choose from including souvenirs, t-shirts, jewelry, wall hangings, bath and body stuff, etc! (Wide range of prices!)



For safety all spending money will be "banked" at Check-In. During their stay at camp, campers will make purchases using their card on file. Cash purchases may be made on Sundays and Fridays. Any unused amount will be refunded on Friday morning.
$20 minimum suggested for snacks, however $40-$60 is recommended

Crafts & Ceramics
Ceramics, Woodworking, Leather crafts
With the addition of our new kiln we are excited to offer many ceramic choices.
Each camper will be allowed to make 1 craft per week at no charge. Additional crafts (ceramic, woodworking, or leather) may be purchased for $1-$5 each.
Craft prices are listed in the Craft Room located under the Dining Hall.
Craft money should be banked at check-in with camper's spending money and will be deducted as needed as per camper's request.

Missionary Offering
Each week we have a guest missionary who shares with the campers about his/her adventures and God's work around the world. These are active missionaries who may be home on furlough. Each of our missionaries are in need of financial donations either towards their support or for a special project they may be working on for the area where they are serving. A love offering is taken at the end of each week. You may include your love offering with your registration, or campers may give from their unused spending money when it is returned on Friday morning.
Horseback Riding
Horseback Riding will be available on-site for an additional cost:
$20 for one 40-minute guided trail ride.
$35 for two 40-minute guided trail rides.
Be sure to pack long pants or jeans and tennis shoes or boots for riding!

Dress Code:
It is our desire that Ponderosa Bible Camp be a place where young men and young women can escape "the ways of the world" during their stay at camp, a place where they can focus their eyes and their hearts on their relationship with Jesus, a place where they are not "tempted" by the flesh.
Therefore campers are REQUIRED to adhere to the "Camp Dress Code" as follows,

* Skirts and Skorts must be No shorter than 1 inch above the knee
* Tank-top straps must be at least 1½ inches wide

Medications
All medications brought by campers must be in original prescription container with child's name, drug name, and dosage clearly indicated. Medications must be checked-in with the Nurse upon arrival. Medications will be kept with the Nurse.
Camp will provide non-prescription medication such as Tylenol, Advil, and cold medication.
Theme Night - Costume Contest

This year's theme: "Bible Action Heros - Put your Faith into Action!" All campers are encouraged to participate in the Costume Contest during Theme Night! Campers will earn points for their team and be eligible for individual prizes as well! Be creative!!! Bring a costume, dont let your team down!

Weekly Team Competitions
Campers will be competing with their cabin mates for team points during the week. Competitions include: team name and cheer, honor table, honor cabin (cleanest cabin each morning), costume contest, field games and more. Points are accumulated all week and the winning team earns a reward on Thursday evening! Teams consist of one boy cabin and one girl cabin, who compete together all week.
Lost & Found
Please mark all clothing and belongings. Items not requested within 30 days will be given away. Campers must pay postage on all returned items. PLEASE use a permanent marker and write your name on your disposable camera before you arrive! Many other campers will have the same camera!
Souvenir Photo Disk
Digital Photos will be taken during the week by our roaming camp photographer! Souvenir Disks are available for $15 each. Disk will be mailed to you the following week.
Disk will include at least 200 high quality digital photos including Cabin Group Photos and Entire Group Photo. You may print pictures from your home computer or you may take the disk to your local1-hour digital photo center.
