We kindly ask all campers to:
-
Wear clothing that is modest and appropriate for active, outdoor play

Wear cover-ups over swimsuits when not in the water
-
Avoid overly short shorts, midriff tops, or clothing with inappropriate graphics
Let’s work together to keep camp focused on Christ and connection! 🙏

📵 Cell Phone Policy
At Ponderosa Bible Camp, we are a technology-free camp focused on building friendships, faith, and fun — without digital distractions.
We understand that most foster children may not have a cell phone, and that’s totally fine! If your camper does have a phone, please read below:
📦 At Check-In:
-
All phones will be collected by camp staff and securely stored in the camp office.
-
We recommend foster parents simply keep the phone at home if the camper does not need it during the week.
🚫 During the Week:
-
Campers may not keep phones in cabins or on their person.
-
If a camper is found with a phone, it will be collected and stored for the remainder of the week.
-
❗ Repeat violations of the phone policy may result in the camper being sent home.
📞 Emergencies:
If your camper needs to contact you, they may request to use the camp phone under staff supervision. Our staff will assess the situation and help facilitate the call.
📱 Phone Return:
Phones will be returned on Friday morning after chapel during check-out.
🔒 Note:
Ponderosa Bible Camp is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen phones. Please send devices at your own risk — or leave them at home for peace of mind.
We’re thankful for your partnership in making this week a safe, joyful, and spiritually enriching experience for your foster camper! 💛
