• Check-In:
  Friday at 5:30 PM (Dinner will be served at 6:30 PM)
  If you need to arrive later, a late check-in option is available. Please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements.

• Check-Out:
  Sunday between 1:00–1:30 PM (Lunch will be served before departure)
  Please note: There will not be a parent chapel at the end of this retreat (unlike during summer camp).
  All campers and teen staff must be off the property by 2:00 PM to allow time for families and staff to attend Sunday evening church services.

• Snack & Gift Shop:
  Campers will have the opportunity to purchase snacks and souvenirs during the weekend. We recommend adding $20–$50 to your camper’s account during registration. Any unused balance will be refunded at the end of the session.

• Roommate Requests:
  Campers may request up to two roommates during registration. To ensure placement, requests must be mutual and submitted from both accounts.

We have an exciting weekend planned, packed with fun activities, games, and plenty of opportunities to connect with others!

Each night and again on Sunday morning, we’ll gather for chapel services where campers will be encouraged to grow in their walk with Christ through the teaching of God’s Word.
