📋 Registration Instructions

Before you begin, please make sure you have the following ready:

  • 💳 Payment method

  • 🏥 Health insurance information

🔒 Important Reminders:

  • 📝 Your camper’s spot is NOT reserved until you pay the deposit.

    • If you start registration but do not complete payment, your spot will not be saved.

    • (This does not apply to Foster Kids Camp.)

  • 🚫 If the session is full:

    • ➕ Add your camper to the automated Waiting List — no deposit required!

    • ✉️ If a spot opens up (sometimes with only 24 hours' notice), you'll receive an email inviting you to register.

    • ⏳ Adding your camper to the Waiting List is free, but required if you hope to be notified of an open spot.

👨‍👩‍👧 Account Setup:

  • 🆕 New to Ponderosa?

    • Create a new family account,

    • Add your child to your profile,

    • Then begin your child’s registration.

  • 🔄 Returning families:

    • Log in using your email address to access your existing account.

  • Here’s what you need to know:

  • ✅ Only the deposit is due today to lock in your spot!

  • 💯 100% refund if you cancel 30+ days before your camp start date.

  • 🙏 If you cancel with less than 30 days, your deposit becomes a tax-deductible donation to help other campers.

  • 📆 Payment plans available — spread out your camp costs!

  • 🤝 Financial aid available for first-time campers with proof of financial need.
