🆕 New to Ponderosa?

Create a new family account,

Add your child to your profile,

Then begin your child’s registration.

🔄 Returning families:

Log in using your email address to access your existing account.

Before you begin, please make sure you have the following ready:

🏥 Health insurance information

camper's t-shirt size

medications and food allergy information
🔒 Important Reminders:

📝 Your camper’s spot is NOT reserved until you pay the deposit.

If you start registration but do not complete payment, your spot will not be saved.

(This does not apply to Foster Kids Camp.)

🚫 If the session is full:

➕ Add your camper to the automated Waiting List — no deposit required!

✉️ If a spot opens up (sometimes with only 24 hours' notice), you'll receive an email inviting you to register.

⏳ Adding your camper to the Waiting List is free, but required if you hope to be notified of an open spot.

Reserve your camper’s place with just a deposit — it’s quick and easy! ⛺
Here’s What You Need to Know:
✅ Only the deposit is due today to lock in your camper’s spot.
💯 Cancel 30+ days before camp for a full refund MINUS a $10 non-refundable service fee.
📌 The $10 service fee is non-refundable regardless of how early you cancel.
🙏 Cancellations made less than 30 days before camp:
• The deposit is non-refundable
• Any amount paid above the deposit may be refunded upon request
📆 Payment plans are available to help spread out camp costs.
🤝 Limited financial aid is available for first-time campers with proof of financial need.
