📋 Registration Instructions

👨‍👩‍👧 Account Setup:

  • 🆕 New to Ponderosa?

    • Create a new family account,

    • Add your child to your profile,

    • Then begin your child’s registration.

  • 🔄 Returning families:

    • Log in using your email address to access your existing account.

Before you begin, please make sure you have the following ready:

  • 💳 Payment method

  • 🏥 Health insurance information

  • camper's t-shirt size

  • medications and food allergy information

🔒 Important Reminders:

  • 📝 Your camper’s spot is NOT reserved until you pay the deposit.

    • If you start registration but do not complete payment, your spot will not be saved.

    • (This does not apply to Foster Kids Camp.)

  • 🚫 If the session is full:

    • ➕ Add your camper to the automated Waiting List — no deposit required!

    • ✉️ If a spot opens up (sometimes with only 24 hours' notice), you'll receive an email inviting you to register.

    • ⏳ Adding your camper to the Waiting List is free, but required if you hope to be notified of an open spot.

Reserve your camper’s place with just a deposit — it’s quick and easy! ⛺

Here’s What You Need to Know:

✅ Only the deposit is due today to lock in your camper’s spot.

💯 Cancel 30+ days before camp for a full refund MINUS a $10 non-refundable service fee.
📌 The $10 service fee is non-refundable regardless of how early you cancel.

🙏 Cancellations made less than 30 days before camp:
• The deposit is non-refundable
• Any amount paid above the deposit may be refunded upon request

📆 Payment plans are available to help spread out camp costs.

🤝 Limited financial aid is available for first-time campers with proof of financial need.
