Cabinmate / Buddy Request – Summer Camp at Ponderosa Bible Camp

Cabinmate requests are part of the registration process. If you need to submit a request after completing your registration, please follow the instructions below.

Important Cabin Assignment Information:
✔ Assignment Deadline: Cabin assignments are finalized 10 days before the session begins. No changes can be made after this deadline.
✔ Camper Requests: Each camper may request up to two cabin mates, but requests must be mutual to be honored.
✔ Friend Requests: Friends must list each other during registration. Be sure to use the correct spelling of first and last names for matching.
✔ Sibling Placement: Siblings of the same gender will be placed together unless otherwise specified.
✔ Late Registration: If registering less than 10 days before camp, cabin placement will be based on available space.
