• We understand that some campers have special dietary needs, and we do our best to accommodate them safely and carefully. To cover the additional costs and preparation time, the following fees apply for a week of Summer Camp.

• $45 per week – if our camp provides and prepares your child’s special meals (gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, etc.).

• $65 per week – if you provide your child’s special meals from home and our staff stores, prepares, and serves them during camp.

• Please note: Special dietary meals are prepared in a shared kitchen. While our staff takes thoughtful precautions and makes every reasonable effort to reduce cross-contact with allergens—including gluten, nuts, and other common food allergens—there is always a risk of exposure in a Non-certified kitchen environment.

• By selecting this option, guests acknowledge and accept this risk and are encouraged to take any personal precautions they deem necessary. 

• Ponderosa Bible Camp is NOT a certified gluten-free or nut-free facility, and we cannot guarantee that individuals with celiac disease or severe food allergies will be completely free from allergen exposure during their stay.
