How to add Snack Store Money

🌲🍭 Snack Shack & Camper Bank Information 🍭🌲

We know how easy it is to overlook a detail or two while preparing for camp — especially adding money to your camper’s Snack Shack account. Don’t worry… we’re here to help! 😊

Please read the important information below to make sure your camper is ready for a fun week at Ponderosa Bible Camp.

💵 Snack Shack Spending

Campers typically visit the Snack Shack and Gift Shop up to 3 times per day and spend an average of:

🍬 About $3 per visit
📅 Approximately $9 per day

📌 Recommended Camper Bank Amount

💰 Recommended: $50–$100
📌 Minimum Suggested Amount: $25

🏦 How Camper Banking Works

✅ Money added to your camper’s account is safely “banked” by camp staff
🚫 Campers do NOT carry cash during the week
🍭 Funds may be used for snacks, drinks, candy, ice cream, souvenirs, crafts, and gift shop items

⚠️ IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ

🚫 Online deposits CLOSE once your camper’s week begins.

After camp starts, you will NO LONGER be able to add money online through your account.

📶 Camper balances cannot be checked online during the week.

Our Snack Shack software is NOT connected to the internet, so parents will not be able to view balances or purchases during camp.

💸 Unused Money

Any unused funds remaining in your camper’s account will be:

✅ Refunded in CASH
📅 Friday morning before check-out
