Ponderosa sits on over 80 acres of mountaintop property and on the banks of Mentone's Little River, which runs all the way to DeSoto Falls.  Ponderosa has six traditional rustic outdoor cabins with bathrooms and shower rooms (no hiking to a bathhouse).  We have two larger dorm-room-style cabins located in our gym. We designate four cabins for boys and 4 for girls.  We can host up to 39 boys and 40 girls each week of camp. We have a swimming pool, gymnasium, dining hall, archery/riflery area, obstacle course, hiking trails, zip line, barn, beach volleyball, and riverfront.
